All orders ship directly from our Noble Fleece Alpaca Boutique in North Texas.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We are a small, female-owned business and prepare all our packages individually with care. Shipping occurs Monday thru Friday.

Periodically we will offer a promotion for free shipping. Check the banner at the top of the website for any promotional code.

Yes, we offer shipping to a post office box via USPS Priority Mail.
RETURNS
Our goal is for you to love any alpaca product(s) you purchase from our Boutique. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product and we will repair/replace it or credit your account. We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at Hello@NobleFleeceAlpacas.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not. be accepted. Please note: we are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery. Tracking is recommended.

After we receive your product, our team will inspect and process. your refund. Any monies due will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.
